Download & Claim

Get the U-Pin app. On the welcome screen, enter the 5-digit voucher code from your card or flyer to instantly unlock 5 FREE precision pins.

Drop the Pin

Click on Start New Pin. A satellite map of your location will open. Drop your pin exactly on your physical front door or desired drop-off point.

Share Your Code

Tap the COPY MESSAGE button to copy your new code and pre-written message, then paste it into your delivery app's chat (UberEats, DoorDash, etc.) or text it directly to the delivery driver.

Get Your Delivery Sooner

The driver enters the code and gets a satellite map bypassing the maze straight to your coordinates. No more delays, no more receiving your delivery half an hour later.

Generate a Session

Open the U-Pin Delivery app and start a new delivery. The app will generate a live 5-digit code and switch to a "Waiting for Customer" screen.

Send the Request

Tap the COPY REQUEST MESSAGE button. Paste this pre-written message into your delivery app's chat (UberEats, DoorDash) or text it directly to the customer.

They Drop the Target

Your message directs the customer to the U-Pin site or U-Pin app if they already have it. They use your code and drop a marker exactly on their front door or location.

Location Acquired

Your app will instantly ping "LOCATION ACQUIRED!" The precision map view engages, giving you a satellite view of the exact drop off location.
